About Me/ Company

Based in the heart of the Peak District, we are reliable, trustworthy and responsible dog walkers, with over 30 years experience of dog handling.

We are passionate about dogs and love walking, in all weather!

We are happy to walk your dog on its own, but firmly believe in the socialisation of dogs and think group walking provides a good grounding for this.

We will only walk your dog on the lead for the first few sessions. Should you think it appropriate we will let your dog off the lead, but only with your written consent and once we have established a relationship with your dog.

Prior to us taking a booking from you we will come to your house to introduce ourselves to you and ore importantly, to your dog!

To assure you of our honesty, we are police checked and are happy to provide references. We are fully insured.

We will not take on any dog that we consider to be dangerous or part of a banned breed.

Previous Experience

We have over 30 years dog handling experience, built from owning dogs, dog sitting and dog walking.

We have also cared for horses, cats and rabbits.

Relevant Info

We charge:
£7 per half hour per dog
£10 per hour per dog
£25 per half day per dog (minimum 3 hours care)

We will also help with trips to the vets should you be unable to get there yourself. Minimum £15 per vets visit, price depending upon amount of time required.

Discounts available for multiple dogs from the same home.

We also offer bookable slots Monday - Friday at 9:00, 10:30am, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00. Multiple bookings = bigger discounts.

Other Services

For a basic hour of care, we will arrive at your home and collect your dog. We will take the dog on a walk suitable to their age and size. The amount of walking time will be agreed in advance with yourself. Once we have arrived back at your home we will water and feed your dog as required.

If you book us for a 1/2 hour lunchtime slot we will arrive at your home, take your dog for a shorter walk then water and feed your dog as required.

We will always settle your dog back into the home environment and ensure they are happy prior to us leaving the dog.

If required, whilst we are out with your dog, we will send you pictures (via smart phone images) of your dog enjoying themselves with us!

We are happy to feed other pets whilst we visit your dog such as your horse, cat, rabbit and even hamster!!
