i was in accounts for over 25 years so that will give you clue to my age! old!

i started dog walking and home boarding in my local area about 10 years ago in hertford. i have done very well by word of mouth really and have built up a regular client base.

i have a springer spaniel of my own called louie. he is 12 years old he is a rescue dog. he is very shy boy and took me a long time to train him. he is wonderful now and a joy to have. my baby ! he gets on well with other dogs. so he always comes with us. i always meet the owner with dog and go for a walk to see how the dog behavours and i can talk to the owner. ( and to see if louie like's the dog)

i charge from £12.50 an hour local area

home boarding
i only have one dog at a time or 2 small dogs from the same family. again i meet the owner and dog go for walk ask alot of questions ie dogs routine, likes and dislikes. where they sleep etc. if we decided all is ok and dates are available i get owner to fill in a form with more details. ie vets, contact number etc.
i charge from £25 per 24 hours
2 small dogs same from same family. £35.
2 medium to large dogs same family £45

day care 10am till 6pm from £20 per day (flexible)

these prices are if your pet is brought to me. pick up and drop of local area is £5.00 each way. (home boarding & daycare)

i meet loads of different dogs on daily basis. i have also done a dog training & behavior course. the best way is to get to know the pet is to spend time with it everyone is different!

i also foster dog from mutts in distress in bishops stortford when i can when i do not have dogs boarding. this gives them a chance to have some home life and comfort. I have just rehomed a lovely boy called bert. april 2015 . very sad when he went but also best feeling ever.

also foster for "many tears" dogs that have only been used for breeding and spent their whole life in a crate!
