About Me/ Company

I am a very active person, who loves going horse riding, and enjoys taking my dog for long walks. I also enjoy socialising with friends, and going to the beach. I have done sponsored dog walks for ‘Dogs Trust’ which I raised a lot of money for and really enjoyed. I have also raised money for ‘Cats Protection’ in the past which I also enjoyed. Also I have done a charity run for ‘Cancer Research’ and give money monthly to the ‘RSPCA’.

Previous Experience

April 2011-October 2013- Manston Pet Hotel (Supervisor, Receptionist and Kennel Maid)
I started here as a Work Experience person, and quickly became their full time staff
member, whilst still at college during the week. I cleaned the kennels and cat pods, fed and watered the animals, walked the dogs three times a day, made sure the environment was clean and tidy. After a few months they employed new staff members, I took charge and showed the new staff members the daily routine, and animal control. I worked as a kennel maid as well as a Receptionist, and dealt with customers needs, as we also did ‘Doggy Day Care’. I answered the phone, dealt with enquires and made bookings. I also took payments by card and cash. A year later I was promoted to the role of Supervisor, and I feel I made a great difference to the business.
