Welcome to David’s Best Friend. I believe that our dogs are part of the family and deserve a home from home when we are not able to be at home.
I offer an exclusive and personal service for owners who work and want a long term arrangement so that their dogs will be able to settle and be relaxed and happy.
We have our own rescue dog, a pug chihuachua cross breed Belle who is 6 years old, and I will take up to two dogs only as a regular booking. The dogs will have the run of our home and garden which is completely secure.
We live close to a park and will walk the dogs there in the afternoon, and the house backs on to a Playing Field which is where we will walk in the morning. When we walk our own dog further afield we can take the guest dogs with us as well as there will be another adult present.
Guest dogs will always be on a long lead and only two will be walked at a time.
You can drop off and collect your dog at any time, and overnight arrangements are also possible.
Charges are £20 a day, £25 for overnight. You are welcome to send any toys or beds that you think your dog would like to have, we very much want you pet to feel that ours is his or her home from home.
