Hello there, I have recently moved back to England after living in the British Virgin Islands for 18 years. I worked in retail but I also took care of owners pets, mainly dogs, who were going on holiday. Most of the time I would stay at the owners house and take care of the pets.

Previous Experience

The last dog sitting job I had was for a Golden Retriever. The owners had moved to Canada and they asked me to take care of Marley until they were able to have him sent over to Canada. I took care of Marley for one year. Every day I would take him to the beach, he adored the sea. After a good 2 hours on the beach, I would take him home, bathe him, dry him down, feed him and give him all the attention he needed. I loved Marley so much, we bonded strongly. Eventually it was time to make arrangements to have Marley flown to Canada. This took alot of organisation on my behalf. I was planning to move back to England and there were so many months of the year where animals (large animals) can be flown. So with a race against time, with all Marleys medical history up to date and certain certificates obtained, a flight booked, Marley flew to New York where his owners drove from Canada to pick him up. Marley was born in the British Virgin Islands but he has adapted and so loving his new life in Canada; the first time to experience running through fields and the first time to experience snow and he absolutely loves it!!
