Hi there, Let me introduce myself! -
I’m Claire, the owner of ClaireBear Pet Care.
I wanted to share a little background and insight on myself with you all and explain the ethos behind ClaireBear Pet Care.

Having worked within the animal care industry for over 15 years, I have had the opportunity to not only gain a wealth of knowledge, qualifications and experience but I have been fortunate enough to work within a field that I am truly passionate about!
Initially working for smaller a local business, managing their Pet Department (many of the unwanted Guinea Pigs tended to find their way home with me, and I even began a small breeding programme!), to larger Companies such as Pets At Home, where I was well known as the ‘Animal lady’ and responsible for the welfare of the stores animals, gaining qualification’s in both Nutrition Consultation, Reptile Care, and advising and prescribing licensed medicines for flea and worming. (Animal Medicines Advisor- SQP Qualified)
I also gained a vast wealth of knowledge and experience within in the field of Equine care, having spent almost 5 years working at top International Dressage yard based in the Midlands, where the highest standards, a good work ethic and hard work were a must, as well as being outside whatever the weather!
In 2010 I made the decision to go Freelance and began working for individual clients which allowed me to further utilise my skills and love for working within the Canine and Feline world, as well being able to diversify and expand my Equine knowledge, particularly in the area of Eventing.
As well as having many other very happy individual clients, CBPC work has included consultancy work for Farm Parks and Animal Sanctuaries, which hosted a vast array of animals from all the usual small Furries to Goats, Pigs, Alpacas and even Meerkats and Raccoons!
Having always been a pet owner myself, I've always understood just how important it is to find that special person to take care of your furry family member is of the utmost importance.
It is important to me, and I enjoy taking the time getting to know all of my client’s pets and treat every animal as an individual. They all have specific needs, preferences and requirements, not to mention the new relationships that are formed with you, their lovely owners! This ensures that CBPC's level of service is always as high as it can be.

I am well trained, knowledgeable and experienced in providing the highest standard of care and companionship for all of your furry friends from Horses to Hounds and even Hamsters.
With a personal interest in Animal Behaviour & Training and years of experience working with Pets and their owners to positively enrich their lives. I provide ongoing support, help and advice to all CBPC clients as part of the service.
