About Me/ Company

I am single 59years old and live in Dorchester. I have recently had to have my beloved cat Dennis put to sleep agerd 17 and I find the house very quiet and empty.

As I work alternate weeks I am unable to have a dog but would be happy to walk or care for 1 or 2 dogs on the weeks I am not at work.

I drive so am happy to travel but can have animals to stay at my home.

I do not have a large garden but there are many fields and footpaths on my doorstep.

Previous Experience

All through my childhood we had rescue dogs which my father walked morning and evening in rain or shine.
After I left home I was unable to have a dog as I feel it unfair to keep a dog shut in for at least 8 hours so I changed to rescue cats instead. Whenever I get the chance I look after or walk friends dogs and now that I sadly have no pets of my own I would be able to take a dog or cat in for an owner who may be going on holiday or having to go to hospital
