About Me/ Company

Hi, I'm Claire a life long animal lover living in Cricklewood, London. I have had pets my whole life, including cats, rodents and a very spoilt rabbit! Wanting to pursue a carrer in animal care I undertook a course at the Mayhew Animal Home, which was work based and gave me a great deal of appreciation on what it really means to look after animals. I am available to walk your dog(s) and puppy(s), either on their own or in a group. I have walked up to 5 dogs on my own both on and off lead. I will walk your dog off lead so they can get a good run around the park, unless of course this is not your wish, in which case I can still provide a fun and interesting work on lead. I can provide basic training for dogs and puppies by using positive reenforcement and never punish. I am confident with big playful dogs and well as lively puppies. Being sensitive to animals needs I can also to slow and relaxed walks for elderly or infirm dogs. My aim is to provide the best walk possible for your dogs individual needs.

Previous Experience

Dog walking and pet sitting and puppy training for various companies in London. Although I loved the work, I did not agree with how some of the companies operated as they did not meet my standards when it came to animal welfare. Before working in pet care I was working voluntarily at the Mayhew Animal Home, looking after the lost and abandoned dogs, cats and rabbits there, where I leant about animal behaviour, basic dog training and grooming.
