About Me/ Company

I am a friendly, trustworthy and approachable individual who is enthusiastic and passionate about all animals and in particular dogs.

I always had dogs at home when I was growing up but now I live in rented accommodation, I am unable to have a dog of my own. I miss the pleasure and enjoyment of walking a dog and would therefore like to help owners by providing a fun and enjoyable walk for their dogs.

As a canine hydrotherapist I do shift work including weekends so I have regular days off during the week when I will be able to walk dogs.

As a canine hydrotherapist I deal with a variety of breeds and am confident with all sizes and temperaments. As a hydrotherapist I also have knowledge regarding breed specifics conditions and other various medical issues.

Previous Experience

From the age of 13 I had a part time job working at a local boarding kennels which also re homed dogs. My duties included cleaning the kennels and walking the dogs and I was trusted to walk the most difficult dogs many of whom had behavioural issues due to previous mistreatment.

During my degree at university, training was an on going theme where I was able to train many dogs using positive reinforcement techniques such as clicker training and target training. The behavioural side of my degree allows me to anticipate/ read how a dog is going to react in various situations.

Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management and Welfare- 2014

BSc (Hons) Degree in Applied Animal Behaviour and Training- 2017

Level 3 Diploma in Small Animal Hydrotherapy

Qualified in Canine First Aid

I have a full clean UK driving licence and am able to drive to customers houses to walk their dogs on their local walks.
