About Me/ Company

I am a mature university student studying a science degree at Shrewsbury university satellite via Staffordshire. I live in Shrewsbury and really miss the family dog and the wonderfull walks I enjoyed with him in shropshire. I thought this site would give me the opportunity to help others , by offering a worth while service , while doing somthing I find rewarding and worth while.

Previous Experience

We have always had dogs and cats at home. I have completed volunteer work in Thailand on several occasions, self funded, which included rescue work and care of rehabilitated animals. I completed work experience at West Midlands safari park which I organised when I left school prior to college. I was most fortunate to meet staff whom have worked world wide and are specialists in their own field. I therefore learnt a great deal of admiration for the animals and keepers.

Qualifications & Training

I have no qualifications apart from school and college including GCSE, A levels, Diploma in health and my current science degree at university second year.Obviously working in health care I have a passion for caring and understanding compassion for others welfare and needs. I feel the same about animals and would therefore say these are transferable skills. Coupled with maturity and common sense as I have a great deal of responsibility within my current role. I am a good time manager and would make time to plan my time accordingly when caring for an animal in my care.
