About Me/ Company

Hello, my name is Chantelle Jade Thomas and i am 19 years old. I live in Widnes, Cheshire and have a passion for animals. I am currently taking on a course at Reaseheath College studying Animal Management, hoping to succeed onto Chester University to study animal behaviour. I have a passion for animals and strive to meet the 5 freedoms that they require. I have worked with dogs (dog sat, walked, day care etc) for the last 3 years. I recently did my business in Germany as i was based of their due to my father being in the British Forces. I can be contacted a couple of days before if it is such short notice that you need to go away, and i will do my best to help you out and take care of any animals that you need to leave in my care. I do regular visits if specified that no staying in the owners home is accepted; that is understandable. I will do a check up on; how many times is the dog fed? How much does the dog get fed? What is the dogs temperament? Okay of the lead? What is the dogs routine? Is their vaccinations up to date? and i will also come to meet them before you leave any animal with me to make sure that they can get used to me and not feel nervous, or threatened as this can cause the temperament of the animal to change. I will do a couple of visits before hand so this does not happen, and will also take them for a little walk to see how they get on. This goes for any animal that you leave in my care. I will always do a check up and have a few questions to ask.

Previous Experience

I have previously had experience with giving my services to people with Dogs, and Cats. I have looked after many different cats and a lot of different dogs, that range from a chihuahua to a Great Dane. I have handled and looked after most breeds, and temperaments of dogs.
I have looked after a variety of cats, but my main strong point is Dogs.

My current job is also working at a kennels with Protection dogs, Police dogs, Drug dogs, and Special Dog Service (SDS).
