Fully licensed and insured with a current DBS/CRB check and accredited with NARPS Canis ambulo offers you maximum confidence that your dog will be looked after safely.

Hours of business are weekdays between 0800 and 1800 in all weathers. Services out of these hours are availiable for an extra £5.

Martyn, the man behind Canis ambulo, is passionate about dogs. He currently has 3 of his own, a 14 year old West Highland Terrier called Sophie, a 5 year old Springer Spaniel called Tsavo, who is very good at scurries and a 2 year old Springer Spaniel Mara, who is training to be a search and rescue dog with Search Dogs Essex.

Martyn is an ex army officer from many years ago (ie the Falklands) and more recently a science teacher in secondary schools. He uses the extreme patience learnt from these two occupations, especially the later, in his working with dogs. Dogs are far more willing to learn!
