About Me/ Company

Canine Kindergarten is a professional dog walking and pet sitting service based in Edinburgh. The company was set up by Emily Burns in 2017 to cater for working professionals who need their dog or other pets cared for during the day.
Emily is a huge dog lover and has two dogs, Coco a 12 year old chocolate labrador and Alfie an 8 year old collie. Emily is a university graduate who spent most of her university career working part time in a Pet Store.
Also a a national level Powerlifter and really into fitness, Emily often goes for runs with her dogs and enjoys taking them to the beach and mountains.
Emily is a firm believer that no dogs should be left in the home alone all day and is passionate about giving dogs the love, care and exercise they all deserve.

Canine Kindergarten aims to reach out to as many working professionals in Edinburgh to ensure their dogs stay happy and healthy when their parents have to work.

Previous Experience

During my time at University I worked at Pets At Home where I came into contact with a huge variation of animals from dogs and cats to snakes and rats!
I also have two dogs of my own, Coco and Alfie who I walk when I am back in my home town of North Wales
I am fairly new to Edinburgh but have already established a good client base and I am looking to expand.

Qualifications & Training

Puppy and dog first aid trained
Registered as a professional dog walker by Edinburgh COuncil

Dog walking, pet sitting, over night stays with pets (at owners house) and any other service you require can be arranged
