About Me/ Company

Canine Company consists of David and Lorna with occasional help from Collin and Katrina. We offer Day Care at our centre, Dog Walking and Home Visiting Services. Dedicated animal lovers committed to providing an exemplary service.
We are certificated in Canine CPR and First Aid, Canine Obedience and Canine Nutrition and most importantly have a wealth of hands on experience. David and Lorna are training with the IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Traning).
The safety of your pet is always our priority and to that end we transport them in a bespoke dog van with custom safety caging, ventilation and a hydration station. Our walking ratio is 1:4 despite being insured to walk 6 at any one time per walker.
We have always had dogs as an integral part of our lives and treat them with the utmost respect.
We have experience with all sizes and a variety of breeds, pedigree and rescue. We have managed all stages of development and love to see a dog grow from delightful puppy to dignified "old bones".
We feel privileged to be able to offer assistance to those who want to have a dog in their life but need a little help balancing the demands of this and other aspects of their life.

We also offer a pet taxi service for those without transport when they need to move their pet safely. We charge an hourly/mileage rate to be agreed at the time of booking.

Previous Experience

The business has been trading for less than a year but all staff have a wealth of hands on experience with dogs.

Qualifications & Training

All dog carers have Canine CPR and First Aid training.
Lorna and David have Canine Obedience, Animal Psychology, and Canine Nutrition Certification.

David and Lorna are training with the IMDT (Institute for Modern Dog Trainers).
