About Me/ Company

My name is Andrea and I’m 35 years old and stay in the Southside of Glasgow. I have over a years experience working with dogs from working in a dog day care and most recently as a dog walker. I’m branching out on my own now as this is my dream career move. I have insurance, a canine first aid certificate, a disclosure Scotland and experience handling various breeds of dogs and varied temperaments. I have worked along side dog trainers shadowing them to work on my skills as a dog handler and recognising a dogs body language etc. I’m looking to build up my clientele and promise I will treat your dog as if they were my own. Previous Experience

1 year and 3 months working in a dog day care facility. Doing group training sessions, play and agility along with dog walks and general supervision of groups of dogs. I volunteered with the dogs trust before this for 6 months as a kennel assistant. I’m now branching out as a dog walker to work with dogs on a smaller and more personal scale than what I did in the dog day care environment.

Other Services

As well as dog walking I can offer dog sitting, dog day care within your own home. Drop in visits for nervous, older dogs or puppies for toilet breaks/ feeding etc. I mainly offer solo walks as this is safer and more personal to the dog, however I can do group walks of no more than 4 dogs.
