About Me/ Company

I am aged 35 (5/5/1977), male and have loved doges my whole life

Transport;
We have the use of a suitable car.

Living situation;
I live in/own a 4 bed house with a securer garden in se1 that I shear with my girlfriend of 8 years who is 40. It’s a 2 minute walk from Paterson Park (which has a strong dog community) and 7 minute walk from Southwark and Barges Park. The last two are both large parks that I like to visit

Other pets;
We have an 11 month old English bull terrier (see http://www.facebook.com/ace.spider.carwash?sk=wall for pics). If the breed raises any red flags as it might to anyone not experienced with them, then please reserve judgment until you have met him. He really is the most placid (lazy even for and adult), extremely social & friendly with other dogs of all sizes you can imagine. He loves nothing more than to play with other dogs in the park the rest of the time you hardly know his there.

Current employment;
I have been self-employed for 16 years as the owner of Eco Chariots. We arrange pedicabs (cycle taxis) for special events and privet bookings.

The routine;
(This can be adjusted to suit the dog(s) needs.
As I work from home the dogs will be monitored at all times. Fresh water would be available at all times.
Walk 1,
I would take the dogs first thing for a min of 30 mines or as required (I usually practice exercise, discipline, and affection).
Daytime;
Thay would have the run of the down stairs of the house and the garden when at home. But there are some dog gates already set up so we can separate as necessary. I would supervise, care, play and fuss them as my own.
Walk 2;
I would take them out in the late afternoon for ½-1hour or as required.
Feeding time;
I would feed them no sooner than an hour after returning from the last walk.
Evening time;
We would all relax and watch the box (the easy bit)
Sleeping;
In the create/dog bed in the kitchen or our bed (if thay are small and cute)

Discipline;
I’m happy to follow the provided guidelines. My system is prevention and or redirection first i.e. walks and play but if necessary a look and/or body gesture (low end of scale) a noise (“tiiist” or “oy”) or verbal command (“no” or “leave”), a touch (to neck or rear leg) and finally a squirt of water (top end of scale). Then no attention until the dog is in a suitable calm submissive state.

I trust the above demonstrates that I am suitable for this position or any other you might have.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any future questions and/or to arrange a home visit etc.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely

Ryan vardy

Previous Experience

Experience;
I have grown up with dogs and have had several of my own. Our last fue where English bull terriers. I have also most recently cared for (in my own home) and walked a germen Shepard, a small mixed rescue, French mastiff and a Newfoundland. The last two we looked after at the same time.
