About Me/ Company

Bone Sweet Bone offers a personal family based service in Bath which caters for all pets great and small.
I look after dogs in my own home and offer an walk only, day care or holiday care service. All dogs have long and stimulating walks along woodland and parkland which gives them plenty of new smells and new sights each morning and one to two further shorter walks during the day.
They are treated as part of the family and given lots of love and care and are played with too. No dog is left alone and any particular rules that the dog follows at home are implanted in day care.
I ask that all dogs are vaccinated, neutered and microchipped and owners are able to provide a current vet that the dog is registered with. I have looked after a wide age range from puppies to the older dog but it is helpful if the dog is house trained.
I like to talk to the owners and meet the dog and offer a free trial walk to see if the dog likes me and I like the dog! The dogs welfare is paramount and I think honesty is the best policy and being honest about any strange habits your pup has is definitely the best way to go. I realise that every dog no matter how wonderful has funny little quirks just like we all have!
I also offer cat visiting/ holiday cover and will draw curtains and take in post, put out rubbish etc. Also can look after smaller pets in their own home. Usually this consists of two to three visits per day.

Previous Experience

I come from hospital pharmacy background but set up my own business in May this year after spending time with my friend who is also runs a well established dog nursery. I found the dogs she walked were wonderful creatures and had unique personalities and to be out in the fresh air in all weathers was wonderfully liberating.
I also have my own very sociable and extremely friendly cocker spaniel cross whom makes all my guests feel at home!
