Our founder is Natalie Brookes. Following a successful career delivering customer service excellence, Natalie knows that her owners’ and their pets’ needs come first.

Passionate about working with animals, she is building the business with a simple goal: to do whatever it takes to deliver a premium, seamless and truly dependable service for her clients. One which every dog will love every day.

Her partner in crime and leader of the pack is Binky – a beautiful, five year old Labrador / Pointer cross.
