About Me/ Company
I have always had a deep passion for wildlife and nature. Having always been an empathetic person I could always sense an animal's distress and for some reason was always quite good at helping put the animal at ease. I'm confident, caring and outgoing - three qualities I owe to both my parents. I'm currently in my final year of university at King's College London and have a very flexible timetable which leaves me with many free hours during the week which I can work around my academic research. That being said I offer an all round caring service for you and your dog or cat - I can come and look after your dog/cat at home or even take your dog to a park for some exercise and time outside. Over the years I've cared for and trained many rescue dogs that have come from very difficult situations which often means no pooch is too much work for me. I will always offer purely individual attention for you and your dog and can be on call whenever you need me.
Previous Experience
I was born and raised in a farmhouse in Malta surrounded by many dogs, cats, fish and horses. Up until the age of 16 I was often responsible for cleaning, walking and caring for all of our animals, I even volunteered at a shelter for ill and unstable horses at a youn age. At the age of 17 I decided to travel and went to volunteer at an exotic animal sanctuary in Costa Rica where I was responsible for helping the rehabilitation of weak and injured animals in preparation for their return to the wild. Some of the animals however were simply unable to return due to being born in captivity and so these animals required frequent care, cleaning and feeding. I looked after dogs, many different species of monkey, toucans, choatis, honey bears and even an olingo.
Qualifications & Training
I have no qualifications related to the care of animals however I think my experience speaks for itself.
