I have always owned dogs and am fully capable of taking care of them. I currently own a Jack Russell called Sherlock who I walk daily and take of while my mother is at work. Most people will say I am too young to be taking care of other people's animals, however I feel mature enough and will be fully responsible for any and all time spent with someone's dog.
