Animal Kind offers a range of pet services to help you balance your busy life with the pets you love - with bases in Dorridge and Knowle, and covering Solihull borough and surrounding areas in the West Midlands and Warwickshire.
Dog walking: We keep our groups small (only two dogs each) so we make sure your dog is walked responsibly and with another dog of similar size and energy. We’ll pick your dog up when you’re out and walk them in the park, woodland or their usual route. Basic training can be provided on one-to-one walks.
Pet sitting and house sitting: This overnight service is a way of safeguarding your home from burglars and keeping your pets comfortable while you're away. We pet-sit many kinds of animals at once and don't charge for each pet. We're less expensive than national house-sitting companies, whether you've got pets or not!
Pet visits: From dogs and cats to hamsters and chickens, we visit your home to feed, clean, medicate or let them out to the toilet when you’re at work. If you're away on holiday, this pet visiting service is a cheaper alternative to kennelling and means your pets stay in their homes while we visit them.
Pet Taxi: We will transport your pet to the vet and look after
them while they're there.
Previous Experience
Chris Wills and Helen Partridge have three years experience working with animal charities at home and abroad, from the RSPCA and Remus Horse Sanctuary in the UK to International Animal Rescue in India and the Animals Asia Foundation in China.
They have extensive experience of dog walking, dog/ puppy fostering, and puppy/ cat socialising.
Their last animal rescue work was fostering nine sick and unloved street dogs in India where they treated their illnesses and found them permanent homes with loving local families.
Qualifications & Training
Helen and Chris hold Animal Aiders dog and cat First Aid certificates, are police checked and fully insured.
Chris is in the process of qualifying as a dog trainer.
