Animal Instinct Pet Care are a family run business offering dog walking, pet sitting and animal care covering Blackburn, Darwen, Accrington and surrounding areas.

As pet owners, we understand the importance of feeling comfortable with who you allow to look after your animals, after all, they are just as much a part of the family as anyone else! We strive to always treat all animals in our care the same as we treat our own animals, with love, compassion and respect.

We offer a complete package of dog walking, pet sitting and animal care services which mean that you can rest assured that your furry friend is well taken care of, safe and above all else happy when you can't be with them.

Amongst other services, we offer:

One off or regular dog walking either in groups or on private walks for those dogs preferring their own company

Pet sitting for dogs, cats, rabbits, small caged animals, fish, birds and even horses!

A golden oldie pet sitting package (one of our most popular!) for those woofers ready to take life in the slow lane

Puppy visits - fun packed visits to keep your pup busy and out of trouble whilst you're at work or away

A pet taxi service to escort your pet to their appointments at times you can't make, making it easier to get appointments at the vet, groomers etc.

We always put your pet's needs first. We know how hard it is to say goodbye in the mornings before a long day at work, but we also know how great it is to come home to a wet nose, safe in the knowledge that your beloved pet has had a fun packed day whilst you've been away.

We are fully insured, trustworthy and have over 10 years experience working with animals of all shapes and sizes.

Other Services

Our group walks offer your dog the chance to socalise with other dogs when out and about but not all dogs like the company of their furry counterparts so we also offer private walks where we will only walk dogs from your household.

Our dog walking prices:

Group walks: £5 per half hour or £8 per hour per dog. Additional dogs from the same house are charged at a £2 discount.

Private walks: £7 per half hour walk or £10 per hour per dog. Additional dogs from the same household are charged at a £2 discount.
