About Me/ Company

I am a willing and resourceful individual who is effective within a team; I am supportive and respectful of others who work around me making me able to work within a group setting or independently to meet any requirements set by the employer. I have gained further skills to increase my reliability such as good punctuality, excellent communication and literacy skills, I am able to meet deadlines set for myself and as a quick learner I am willing to undergo any future training that is available to my within employment. I gained such skills from previous work experience at Carla Lane Animal Shelter and a short employment at Da Mount Gurkh a restaurant where I attended to customers’ needs and was a valued member of staff.

Previous Experience

I currently work as a retail assistant at The Range (2018-present) as a retail assistant I am responsible for managing stock which includes presenting, pricing and arranging it appropriately, I majorly work on the checkouts giving me excellent cash handling skills in addition to communication and customer service skills.

I have completed work experience at Carla Lane animal shelter (2018). The company required me to work as part of a large team to complete targeted tasks and to maintain the standards of hygiene of each animal and the overall work place.

During 2018 I also part took in an opportunity to work 5 days at Knowsley Safari Park where I had the chance to learn more about animal biology and their habits. Whilst attending the 5 days I was also taught how to speak publicly on BBC Radio Merseyside.

I have also worked within a restaurant, Da Mount Gurkha (2018) as a waitress attending to customer’s needs, presenting them with excellent customer service and gaining the knowledge of how a restaurant functions including how to work within a team.
