ALL ABOUT DOGS
Hi my name is Cathy, I am insured for dog walking/sitting, I live in Fulham, South West London, SW6.
I will be happy to board dogs from outside of the area if they are brought to me and then collected by their owners.
I am a small dog specialist and the breeds of dogs I currently care for are Bichon Frise'e. Shihtzu's, Ihasa Apso's, Yorkshire Terrier's, Malti-poo's, Cocka-poo's, Cavalier King Charles, King Charles Spaniels, Pugs, Miniature Schnauzer's, Norwich Terrier's.
Previous Experience
I have been dog walking/sitting for over 10 years now and many of my clients have been with me for more than six years and they would be more than happy to provide me with a reference, my business cards are displayed in the reception area of my local veterinary surgery and the staff there would also be happy to provide me with a reference.
I am passionate about all animals especially dogs, I walk/care for a variety of dogs who all have their own little personalities, every dog I care for is unique and treated as such!
Qualifications & Training
I am a fully qualified Dog Obedience Trainer and at present studying to gain a diploma in Animal Psychology.
Relevant Info
I have experience looking after dogs with special needs such as blind dogs, deaf dogs, dogs with complex medical conditions and dogs who have behavioural problems.
I am very lucky to have a dog of my own called Oscar who is a very friendly Norfolk Terrier Cross who enjoys the company of the dogs that come to stay with us enormously.
Other Services
In order to meet the needs of the dogs in my care (mentally, physically and emotionally) I regret that I am only able to board two dogs at any given time, Dogs are spontaneous animals and 80% of their behaviour is instinctive/impulsive, so it is necessary to limit the number of dogs that
board with me.
The dogs in my care will be let off their leash to enjoy investigating lots of different smells, chase squirrels and play with other dogs, however, I will keep a dog on his/her leash at their owners request.
