About Me/ Company

Hello! My name is Alice, and I am a dog lover. Big to small, hyper to lazy, friendly to grumpy, fluffy to bald.... I will be your lil' pup's best friend.

I love exploring with the dogs I look after- running and playing through the woods with the energetic ones, splashing through puddles and making friends with the other dogs and owners on the block. Aside from this though, I also have experience of the older 'don't-talk-to-me-or-I'll-bite-you' muzzle mateys, which I love and care for just as much and am keen to try and help them learn to get on with others in their surroundings.

After a morning out with me, your doggy will arrive home out of breath, smiling and maybe quite a bit muddy (but don't worry, the hose down is free of charge)!

Previous Experience

I grew up with a difficult Border Collie who no-one really understood except me. She was my best friend and we would have hours of fun out in the rolling countryside of Ireland where I grew up. When she passed, my family took in a huge, soppy, chubby Retriever called Suzi who I would have to push up the hills because she was so lazy- now she is a 'retired' old lady whose full-time profession is sitting in front of Nana's fire (yes, even in summer). I regularly take Suzi and my Nana's five Springers out for long exhausting walks.

Since I've had my 'light bulb' realization that I really wanted to walk dogs properly, I have had two families. One was a very grumpy Terrier called Oscar, who was quite literally in the doghouse on a daily basis (think eating birds and chasing circus horses round their pen). When I left Oscar, he had become a MUCH more relaxed friendly little guy who could eventually walk without his muzzle on. The other was a charming Labrador, who I just had a great time with.

The reason these two jobs ended was because I moved city- from London to Bristol.
