About Me/ Company

I am Hannah Wardman. For a few years have wanted to set up a dog walking/pet sitting service to support responsible pet owners, amongst those who otherwise encounter difficulties in meeting the needs of their pets through work commitments, illness, disability etc. Of which I can fully appreciate, having been in this situation myself.

I have lived with dogs, cats, small animals and reptiles since my childhood. In recent years, owned dogs, cats and reptiles. I fully appreciate that your animal, beit dog, cat etc needs to have a healthy lifestyle in order to be happy and bring pleasure to its owners. Boredom is commonly the cause of many behavioural problems found in our pets and Alfie's Army will work with you in order to ensure that your best friend remains just that!

I live in Castleford with my partner and our wonderful black Labradore, Alife and Horsefield Tortoise, Trevor (fastest shell in Cas).

Alfie's Army is an independent professional dog walking service based in Castleford, West Yorkshire and local surrounding areas.

Previous Experience

I have cared for various animals both domestic and reptile since childhood and possess a true passion for this work; through years of owning and training my animals, in a loving, caring way.

Qualifications & Training

Although I do not currently have any formal qualifications in animal management, I am working towards animal care and behaviour. I have also read lots of books and publications on dog pshycology and have a natural bond and affection towards animals.
