About Me/ Company

My name is Abi Hodson. AJ's Furry Friends is made up of myself and Jess who is a friendly 15 month old staffy cross. We also have a cat who is used to dogs in the house. I offer dog boarding, dog walking, doggy day care and pet visits service. This is great if you are out at work, on holiday or just want your dog exercised. I am fully insured, licenced and CRB checked. All pets will be treated with a great deal of love and attention.

I have worked in offices for over 20 years but I have now decided after a great deal of thought that I want to follow my dream that I've had since I was a small child and that is to work with animals. I have recently completed a canine first aid course and I am doing a course through the ADTB (Academy of Dog Training and Behaviour) which I am enjoying and learning a lot from.

Previous Experience

I have volunteered at Manchester Dogs Home and Rochdale Dog Rescue walking both small and large dogs. I also volunteer at a Greyhound Rescue by walking the greyhounds. I have had some home boarders to stay as well as being a dog owner.
