About Me/ Company

My name is Alexandria Helen Buzza, I am 24 years of age and live in the city of Worcester.

Since leaving education in 2007 I have worked in a variety of different jobs which include Christmas Temp work for Royal Mail, Agency Temp work for Worcester Bosch and up to 5 years in a Spar Tate’s Ltd convienience store, working my way up to a supervisor position.

I have decided now would be the perfect time to move out of Worcester and pursue a new career within which to learn new skills and be able to progress up the occupational ladder.

I am flexible with hours and try my utmost to be punctual. I am eager to learn new skills and willing to take on new responsibilities within the work place. I am also organised and like to use MY initiative to get jobs done in the most efficient way, whether that be working alone or within a team.

· Responsibility for counting stock on a weekly basis.

· Responsibility for voiding items, PROCESSING? refunds, and cashing up other cashiers tills.


· Making sure queues are kept low, dealing with customer complaints and offering a high standard of customer service.

· Checking gaps on shelves, price checking items and updating sales tickets, as well as working back stock in the warehouse, and keeping cleanliness of the store to a high standard.

· Training new staff members on the tills, as well as training new supervisors from other stores, and encouraging staff with selling the bonus ball for the NSPCC as well as encouraging up sales of specific items on a weekly basis.

· Responsibility for running the store when a manager wasn’t present, and for locking up the store AT? night.


· Giving figures to managers of other stores, such as the up sale performance for the week.

· Responsibility for safe checks, and ordering of change from the post office.

· Making sure to be flexible with hours, whether it is weekends, evenings, or working overtime when COLLEAGUES? are sick.
