We provide a wealth of experience from a professional background for a wide range of pets. We guarantee to give a service we would expect for our own family pets, we understand that you are leaving your best friend and pride of joy to be cared for: we strive to provide the very best care.
We guarantee that your pet will always have a qualified person available 24 hours a day;
Boarding pets will be welcomed into our family home and whilst with us treated like our own pet. Our home is close to Chasewater as well as local parks.
Our service is bespoke to your pets need, we can help with training, daily activities, daily walks, medication and grooming.
Our own and your pets are our main concern, we are very flexible in hours we work and would encourage you to ring or enquire and will attempt to help wherever we can.
All we ask is: your pet is appropriately vaccinated, de-fleaed and wormed if needed and is well behaved in a home environment and friendly with people, dogs, cats and rabbits.

Lucy has a National Diploma in Animal Care and BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour. She has over 15 years’ experience as a professional animal keeper in college working with a huge range of animals including Primates, Reptiles, Fish and Birds. She has also had many pets over the years, had passion for and wanted to work with animals for as long as she can remember. Lucy is the main carer for your pets while they are with us and will agree with you an individual care plan and routine that suits your pet. Lucy is friendly, likes to learn and is passionate about education and the environment.
Hobbies: Walking and training the family dogs, nature, gardening, environmental issues, reading and spending time with family and friends. Her guilty secret is RPG games!

Previous Experience

I have had many pets over the years, had passion for and wanted to work with animals for as long as she can remember.

Qualifications & Training

I have a 1st Diploma and a National Diploma in Animal Care.
BSc (Hons) in Animal Behaviour.
