About Me/ Company

Hi. I am Caroline and I run a dog walking service in Newcastle upon Tyne. I own 6 dogs of my own and offer group walks throughout Cochrane Park/High Heaton and the surrounding areas. All dogs are assessed and suitably matched to their walking partners, to get the most out of their walk. I walk in groups of up to 4, with an occasional one of my own dogs joining us. My main walks last one hour, although I can occasionally offer shorter walks, for puppies or older dogs that are unable to come along for a full hour.

I can offer daycare to a well-socialised dog that is able to come on a walk or two during the day, depending upon the time I have the dog.

I offer dog boarding occasionally thoughout the year. I only board one or two dogs from the same family at any one time, to offer one-on-one attention. My dog walking clients can take advantage of a discount for holiday boarding.

Qualifications & Training

I have completed 2 years of a 3 year foundation degree in Canine Behaviour and Training. This is a distance learning course with Bishop Burton college, which enables me to do lectures and course work in the evenings. I hope to go on to do the top-up degree next year.

I attended a Pet Dog Instructor's Training course in the summer of 2009, which enabled me to learn a great deal regarding offering pet dog training.

I regularly train and compete in dog agility with my border collie, Mist. My standard poodle, Lottie, is currently starting her training and will hopefully go on to compete soon.
