About Me/ Company

A Doggie's Day Out was established to provide a different kind of dog walking service. We collect your dog and they spend their time at our purpose built facility. Set in 20 acres of countryside your dog has the chance to play with other dogs, have a game of frisbee, take a dip in our pools and streams, or simply relax in the sunshine, after which we bring them home again exhausted and happy. We also provide tailor made services for dogs that have special requirements, We encourage all our customers to come up and meet the team and bring their dog so they can try their paw before we book them in.

Previous Experience

Our team has lots of experience with all types of breed, big and small, we even have our very own veterinary nurse! Of course the 2 most important members are our own dogs who are there to give a helping paw to any dogs who feel a little bit shy on their first visit! We also have our very own centre of excellence with our in house trainer Victoria Lightbown who provides training right the way from basic obedience all the way to specialist sports and KC registered qualifications.

All of our staff have attended various IMDT courses and hold qualifications in

- Canine Psychology
- Canine Behaviour
- Canine Nutrition

Other Services

The best way to see if your dog will be happy with us is to come and visit. If you would like to make an appointment to ensure one of our staff can provide you with a personal tour please let us know, alternatively simply pop in as your passing and see what we do, the only thing we do suggest is that you wear old clothes as our dogs love visitors and are very enthusiastic about saying hello
