Practically Pets offer a professional and friendly dog walking and pet sitting service in Shropshire and Staffordshire. Experienced, police checked and fully insured for your peace of mind.
Practically Pets offer a one-to-one dog walking service or can walk your dog in a group depending on your needs.
Practically Pets will visit your home to look after your pets and will be happy to open/close curtains, turn lights on and off or even take out your wheelie bin as part of the service.
They can also offer a vet taxi service.


Discounts are available for block bookings and regular customers.

Practically Pets understand that it is not always possible for clients to give their dog the exercise he needs to be fit, healthy and happy. Whether their work circumstances have changed or they unfortunately fall ill, Practically Pets can help. They can walk dogs on or off lead, alone or with other dogs. They can also simply pop into the home to let the dog out to toilet if the client is out for the day or evening.
Practically Pets also provide cat feeding and small animal care to give clients total peace of mind that their precious pets are safe and happy while they holiday.
They are fully insured, including cover for loss of keys for extra peace of mind.

Run by Franki Verity with the help of walkers Karen, Brenda and Lei, who are all experienced dog owners and carry out voluntary work helping local shelters to rescue, foster and rehome animals in need, Practically Pets offer a friendly and personal service 365 days a year.

Previous Experience

We have dozens of happy customers and extensive experience with all breeds and sizes of dogs. We are not put off by lead pullers and have experience with more serious behavioural issues such as nervousness and aggression towards other dogs. We have succesfully socialised adult rescue dogs with serious behavioural problems. We also offer a puppy socialisation service when appropriate, in order to prevent future problems.

We are happy to offer a free of charge, no obligation consultation in your home to fully discuss your requirements. Police disclosure certificate and insurance documents will be made available for you to check for your peace of mind. We also carry full insurance for any keys we have in our safekeeping.
We offer block booking discounts and a discount for regular Monday - Friday walks.
