About Me/ Company

I took voluntary redundancy from the Civil Service after 32 years.
I felt I needed to do something I love whilst I am still young and fit enough, and that is walk and look after dogs.

Previous Experience

I have always had dogs and currently have three I did have a part time walking job whilst I was in full time employment.
I have taken care of friends and family dogs whenever I could, but as I am now looking to do this on a regular basis, I am available daily.
Since registering with Dog Walking Now. I had the great pleasure of walking Billy, a very sweet natured elderly Staffy cross, who loved walks with my four girls. Sadly he passed away in October 2011....
In April 2012 I bred my six year old Border Collie, Rosie, and in June she gave birth to seven beautiful puppies, of which we kept one, Daisy. Our other girl is two year old Hollie, a Border Collie x Kelpie - who acted as aunt/playmate to the puppies until they all went to their new owners. We meet up regularly for beach and country walks,

Relevant Info

For owners wishing to board their dogs with me, I live in a semi rural area and have three acres of secure field behind my house, and I also live very close to the beach.
I am available within a fifteen mile radius of Preesall, Lancashire.
I can also pick up and return your dog for long stays.

Rates:

£6.50 per half hour walking
£10.00 per hour walking

£15.00 per overnight stay at my house
£18.00 per overnight stay at owners house
Discounts for stays longer than three days

£15.00 per day to care for dog from morning until evening or any part day exceeding one hour.

£4.00 per pick up and return.

Other Services

I am comfortable with all other animals and am willing to discuss any other type of pet care required. Please contact for details.
I am also willing to look after plants and any other home jobs which are needed whilst you are away.
