Hello! We need an experienced dog handler for our lovely, smart and fun working cocker spaniel. She's 7 years old and still very lively so ideal for those who loves going for long walks during the day. She walks excellently with a gentle leader and is good off the lead, but does love playing chase with squirrels/rabbits! Skye is great with people and children but is fearful and snappy with other dogs who approach her, owing to having been attacked by other dogs in the past. She will not approach other dogs when walking. We have been attending dog training to work on this.
Skye is smart and loves to learn, she is excellent at finding and retrieving. Her obedience is good.
We would require someone for 3 days a week (Tues, Wed & Thurs) whilst we are at work.
