She looked after my 16 week old puppy Bella, for a long weekend, and she was wonderful, and I would highly recommend her. She walked Bella, trained Bella and dog sat as well. She even videoed her time with Bella to show me when I returned. She was very reasonably priced and did a fantastic job.

One of the calls resulted in me looking after a wonderful 3 year old Cairn Terrier at our house for the past week. My two male Golden Retrievers loved having a lady around the house and she definately showed them who is Boss!!!

After adding my profile on this site about a month ago, I had a response from Jenni who wanted me to look after her 4 month old German Shepherd 'Bella' for a weekend whilst she was away. Well that weekend has only just gone (21st - 24th October 2011) and I've had a wonderful time looking after Bella and taking her out for walkies, aswell as being able to practicing some 'clicker training' on her - which helps reinforce positive behaviour. We had only been told that our previous dog walker could no longer walk Batman the day before so I was so glad when Andreia replied to our ad and was able to start the next working week.

Other than word of mouth and our own website, Dog Walking Now is the only form of advertising i have invested in for the company and i can honestly say its enough! 70 percent of customers i have come off this site. the way it is run works brilliantly enabling customers to cherry pick their walker/trainer and allows me, as a business, to learn enough about the dogs via the jobs page bfore i take on the job. Dog Walking Now help me find a Dog walker/Sitter extremely quick as I was starting a new job within a couple of weeks and needed someone reliable, trustworthy and caring to look after my Dog, Harley, as my current Dog sitter was returning to school and could no longer commit to the job!

I interviewed Liz from Canine Chum and found that she was very professional and most importantly a 'Dog lover'.
As you know if you are a Dog owner you find it very hard to find someone you can trust to look after something so precious to you! My dog means the world to me and am so glad I have found a someone that cares and gives him the attention that I do!

Liz has been an absolute star looking after Harley. He is an American Cocker spaniel in full coat and he comes home immaculate and clean every time she drops him off.

Harley sounds like he has a really lovely bond with Liz as she texted me today saying that they were enjoying snuggles today and she is a big fan of his and I was very or should I say extremely jealous!!

I highly recommend Liz to look after your Dog as she really does care about them!

Walkies 4 Fun

Since i joined this website I have had a border collie puppy called Poppy holiday at mine for a week, what a delight she was too, loved walking with her, and enjoyed socialising and training her too. I also had a king charles spaniel called Louis stay at mine for 2 weeks. He is so adorable. Both these dogs shared a week together with me, which was nice to see them playing together. I have also walked a shitzu x who has stayed with me overnight on several occasions and also walked a mini schnauzer called Max. My home is so empty without them. Can't wait for my next assignment

We've been using Sharon from Sussex Dog Walker now for a good few months and what can we say? Our puppy absolutely loves her. She has also been training her when taking her out-which is no mean feat with a beagle. She can often accomodate us at very short notice which is fantastic in our busy lives. I made contact with John Maclean who was very good and arranged to come to my home to meet Troy and discuss things about holidays. We arranged for Troy to test out staying away from us in another home setting and to see if he would settle,(as he has NEVER settled in kennels) but I needn't have worried.

I'm touching wood when I say that at the moment Oscar has few health problems. He is just a crazy 5yr old boxer who thinks he is still a puppy, but he does spend quite a lot of time on his own at home when we are out at work so when I found out I could leave him with Karen and her team for the day to be walked, fussed and played with it seemed ideal. On top of that he gets a swim; he normally only likes to paddle but hopefully this will make him more confident.
