About Me/ Company

I have owned dogs all my life ranging in size from Yorkshire Terriers to a Bull Mastiff. I currently have various dogs of my own: Ben (Mastiff/Rottie cross) aged 14 who recently reached the semi final for Golden Oldie for Scruffts and Reggie (SBT) age 11 who loves agility still and Daisy Duke (Basset Hound) who is training to be a PAT dog. The other dogs are all in Essex K9 Display team which goes all over the country performing at All about Dogs, Robin Hood and Aztec events so come and see them in action! All my dogs are rescue-some from customers who where no longer in a position to keep them.
I have been a volunteer dog walker since 2008 for the National Animal Welfare Trust and am used to all shapes, sizes and temperaments.
I have also been a fosterer for Little Angels Rabbit Rescue since 2011 and have a vast knowledge in caring for companion animals too.
I took voluntary redundancy from the Finance world after 24 years which has enabled me to follow my passion in caring for animals and start my own business Turner&Pooch Ltd which has rapidly grown since launch in 2012 with over 150 regular clients now.

Previous Experience

I can provide many references to give you confidence that your pet will be well cared for with me, however the only reference I really need is something my Nan said to me before she passed away, in that she wanted to come back as one of my dogs ;0)
