About Me/ Company

Hi - my name is Poppy, I’m in my 30’s and have lived in a residential part of Beckenham for my entire life.

I have grown up around dogs and can’t remember a time when they were not part of my life. I now have two - a Labrador & Boxer, who are as much family as they are pets. They’re both young, so absorb plenty of my energy and time.

Animals have always been one of my biggest passions - understanding how they ‘tick’, their individual characters, likes and dislikes, habits and motivators. They bring so much joy into our lives and I feel they deserve to enjoy their lives too.................

My partner Vince helps out a lot with the physical side of the business, he is very good with the dogs and if you saw how they play and greet him, you can see they love spending time with him. He has been brought up around dogs and understands their needs.

ABOUT POPPY’S PET STOP

...................which is what has led me to set up Poppy’s Pet Stop.
When you’re busy, or have to go out, or are away, or simply don’t have time to devote to walking off all that canine energy, why should they have to wait in, or go to kennels, when they can come and share my home and secure garden?

My dogs just love to play, are extremely friendly, and will welcome yours as part of the family.

Alternatively, if they just need taking out under professional supervision when you’re not available, I can come to you. I have a big jeep, so transport to suitable parks, woods etc is straightforward, if local walking is not sufficient.
