About Me/ Company

Hi I'm Sam. Poppy's Pals is a company that was born out of my love of pets and the great outdoors.I have one dog, a 5 year old boxer called Poppy as well as three lop eared rabbits - two of which are rescues. I've been training Poppy since 2009 and she's reached a very high standard achieving her Gold accolade in September 2012. Insured

Previous Experience

I started training Poppy in 2009 when she developed some behavioural problems. Training at Barking Mad Dog Training School in Hertfordshire this led me to complete 4 courses in dog behaviour from basics through to advanced level. I have also spent time training customers in basic obedience, searches and agility.

Four instructors courses in dog training and behaviour - -initial, intermediate, advanced and advanced plus.

Relevant Info

What sets me apart from other dog walkers is that I believe that mental motivation is as important for the health and vitality of your dog as physical activity. I'll incorporate fun searches, games and tricks into your dogs day. If you book me for an hour you can expect 15 minutes to half an hour of that time to be spent having fun,tiring your dogs mind. Your dog will return home both physically and mentally stimulated. (providing treats are supplied)

The areas I cover are:- Shefford, Ampthill, Flitwick, Haynes, Clophill, Maulden, Silso, Westoning, Greenfield, Flitton, Gravenhurst, Campton and Meppershall.

Other Services

Happy to offer dog walking as well as general pet care. This can be from cleaning and feeding rabbits while you're away, feeding and changing your cats litter tray through to feeding the fish or caring for your small furries.
