About Me/ Company

Hi, I'm Yvonne and I currently run a small dog sitting business on the outskirts of Turriff. I live in a country cottage with a safe and secure garden which is just a stones through away from the beautiful Delgatie Castle forest where I walk my dogs everyday. I have had dogs all my life and have been fortunate enough never to have had to put them into kennels so I decided to offer other people that opportunity, any dog lover will know that it's heartbreaking to have to leave your family pet behind when you go away, never sure if they will be okay without you, so that is why I decided to start up my dog sitting service, so that I could offer a home from home for your loved pets and that you could go away feeling happy that they are in a safe and secure home, with all the comforts that they would expect at home.

Previous Experience

I started walking a neighbours dog over 2 years ago and got such a sense of fulfilment from doing it that I started it as a business. I now have over 20 regular doggy customers on my books, all different sizes, ages and breeds, some are day visitors but most of them are holiday visitors. They are all super dogs and always happy to see me, what more can I ask for. I have a limit to how many I take in and always take a new lodger in on their own for the first time so that they can get used to me and I can get to know them. I'm always a 100% honest with my owners and I expect the same back, I do not accept any aggressive behaviour or tendencies, if I feel their dog is not suited to this environment then I will discuss this with them and suggest other alternatives, fortunately I have only had to do this once. The most important thing for me is that all my doggy lodgers come here happy and go home happy :)
