About Me/ Company

I grew up and lived on a small farm surrounded by animals until the age of 23 when I moved to London.
Unfortunately I am not yet in a position where I could have my own pets as I have a full time job and mostly away during the day (weekdays). However, having always had at least one dog and cats in my family, I miss their company greatly. I borrow my friends' dogs from time to time for a few hours or for a walk in the park but it would be great if I could make this more regular while also enjoying the caring tasks that come with looking after animals.

Previous Experience

During the first years of my studies in London I used to take on dog sitting on a regular basis. One of the longest periods was six weeks, when I looked after a gorgeously sensitive Labrador and a cheeky Jack Russel in their owner's home while they were traveling.
I also used to rescue and foster cats while they were awaiting adoptive families.
I used to be a committee member for the RSPCA taking part in various fund raising events for the charity.

Qualifications & Training

No animal care related qualifications unfortunately apart from a few animal behaviour modules while studying for a BSc Psychology degree.
I love them and I enjoy their company tremendously be it a dog, a horse or a turtle. Does that qualify as a qualification? ;)

Other Services

I am open to various arrangements. Long term or short term, in your home where your pet feels comfortable or in mine - as it suits your needs.
I have a car and I am happy to drive most distances to collect your pet for a 'holiday' while you are also enjoying yours. Please do get in touch to discuss.
