I cover an 30 minute area surrounding Honiton for dog walking. I can cover all of Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset if it is for dog sitting or to collect a dog boarding at my house.

About Me/ Company

Hi my name is Kymberlie Waugh, I am a 22 year old who has a growing dog walking business based in Honiton, established in 2010. Please contact me on 01404 45465 or 07794675029. My standard rates for dog walking start at £8 an hour but another dog from the same household or a doggy friend is half price. Block bookings are available and are offered at a discount. I also offer dog sitting in the owners homes so that the dogs routine is not disrupted. As I am surrounded by varying lengths of walks I now also offer hikes that last for 3 - 4 hours on the local moorland, beach or forest, at the moment I can offer this throughout the year starting in March and finishing in October 2013.
I also offer Freelance grooming for a one off day when you need your horse turned out and bought in, mucked out and rugs changed. Or if you are going on holiday and need someone to look after your horses while you are away. I am also available to travel away with you for shows to groom for you.

I offer discounts for block bookings or regular bookings e.g.

30 minutes = £5
1 hour = £8
1.5 hours = £12
2 hours = £15
3 hours = £22
4 hours = £30
5 hours = £38
6 hours = £46
7 hours = £54
8 hours = £62
9 hours = £70
10 hours = £78

These prices are based on one dog, and the hours being with a week (Mon to Sun).

Previous Experience

As I am a relatively new business (est. 2010) I have a growing client group, and have now employed another walker. So there are more hours available, please contact me with any questions. I have my own large crossbreed Monte(german shorthaired pointer x border collie) who requires about 3 and half hours a day, so I know most of the best walks in the local area. I now have a new addition Mylo(german shorthaired pointer x english springer) so I am happy to accomodate another puppy or young dog for day care or walks (after Vaccinations) for socialisation as well as entertainment for them, toys, basic training and house breaking accommodated for.

Qualifications & Training

As a kennel assistant I have worked with a very successful breeding kennels of Cairn Terriers, which have qualified for Crufts. With this job I have been around high quality show level animals, and have shown a few myself. I also show my own dog, although a cross breed, he is quite successful and came home with Best In Show at the Beer Show in 2010, Best In Show at Honiton Show 2011, and Best In Show at The South Coast Handler Show 2012. I can wash any coat, cut claws, clean ears, empty anal glands. Please contact me for a quote.

I can accomodate another puppy to play with Mylo. Young puppies especially will be looked after like my own. Toilet training and basic training (e.g. Sit, Lie Down, Stay, and Come) can be worked on.

Other Services

I will tailor every single walk to your dog, whether its a puppy who needs socialising or an older dog who needs a slower pace of life. If you would like me to run with your dog/s or maybe a slightly longer walk of over 2 hours, I am more then happy to do this. I have also employed someone that is capable of cycling with your dog to give it a faster pace and a longer run.
