Support needed sometimes to care for the 2 dogs. Maddy is one year old. Mrs Diana Clark has early dementia and needs help with the dogs if she is home alone. Mr Andie Clark needs the freedom to go out sometimes, and know that the dogs are walked and cared for, and that his wife is safe with the dogs.
