Our Jill is getting on a bit now and long trips in the car really take it out of her now. We're off to a wedding on Saturday night and don't want her to have to make the long journey too so we're looking for someone from Saturday teatime to walk her/feed her then do an overnight stay and walk her again in the morning.
She's very much a people dog and will do anything for a treat but can be a little dominant around similar sized bitches so we prefer her to be kept on the lead on walks. She is quite strong and will pull in excitement but if you have treats handy she soon stops! She has 2 short walks a day and this is all she needs as she's getting on and has arthritis setting in.
