Do you love dogs and have experience of handling dogs?
Are you able to work flexible hours in between 8am & 4pm?
Are you able to work on Saturdays & Sundays?
Are you prepared to work over festive periods?
Do you have a car suitable for transporting 4-6 dogs?
Do you have, or are you prepared to get a DBS (CRB/police check)?
If you can answer yes to all the questions above you could work for our professional & established pet care company as a dog walker!
Should we decide you are the right person to work for us, you will be fully trained & you will be FULLY INSURED by our company.
Due to high demand we are looking for people who can cover puppy visits, 1-2-1 individual walks for puppies and adult dogs and small group walks (up to 4-6 dogs). You must have experience in handling dogs, and either own or have previously owned a dog.
In addition - your own air conditioned vehicle suitable for transporting 4-6 dogs is absolutely essential. Dog walking will generally take place in between 8 am and 4 pm ( including Saturdays & Sundays. ) We supply professional dog crates and other equipment on a long-tern loan basis.
You will be self-employed and therefore responsible for your own travel and other costs. Because you will need to know your way around town we will only consider applications from people living permanently in Hornchurch & Romford area. (due to the hours and commitment required this role is NOT suitable for students or those who do not reside permanently in the UK).
Total hours will vary and there will be opportunities to build up more work and walks/visits over time.
As you will be a key holder you must already have, or be willing to get, a current DBS check to carry out these roles.
