Previous Experience

I worked as a pet-sitter for 4 years before travelling and living in Australia and New Zealand, and have now returned to the UK and this lovely way of enjoying being with pets.

I have had dogs of my own since I was a child until very recently when my beloved terrier Scruffy passed away. I've also owned cats, horses, cows, goats, poultry, budgies and a mouse, and I've cared for dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, pigs, tortoises, fish, birds, poultry and a pet rat over the years.

Qualifications & Training

I am registered with both Animal Aunts and Nina's Nannies for Pets.

Relevant Info

I love being on my own, and enjoy peace and quiet and the company of pets. I am fit and have plenty of life experience being in my mid 50's, and am considered reliable, caring and level-headed.

I am conscientious and particular about following instructions, and am very safety conscious and self reliant. I like to walk, read, enjoy nature, listen to classical music and do some painting and writing. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker. I have a clean driver's license and have no criminal record and I am insured.

Any house I live in is kept clean and tidy, and all animals I care for get the attention and love they need and deserve.
