About Me/ Company

Educated to Degree and PGCE level, With a wide range of experience of different animals and types of pets. I offer a reliable and trustworthy service for pet owners and their beloved ones in a caring manner.

About Gold Star Companion and myself

I named the business as “Gold Star Companion” because in my opinion it implies a service which I make every effort to offer based on quality, high standard, friendliness, politeness and efficiency. My main aim is to ensure that the term “Companion” lives up to it’s reputation in that all Pets cared for are made to continue to feel as a family member and that they have fun with their new “GSC”.

I do not walk large groups of dogs so that I can provide a service of a high standard and give Pets in my care the necessary attention. I can walk dogs individually dependent upon clients requests.

I offer: Dog Walking, Pet Sitting Feed and Fuss, Dog Day Care and Home Boarding in my own link detached house which I share with my two little mini yorkies and my partner.

Previous Experience

I have many years of experience, of looking after animals, I am a very keen gardener and absolutely love nature. I was brought up in a family farm taking care of animals such as cows, horses, pigs, sheep, goats, chickens and rabbits. And having pets including dogs, cats, hamsters and birds.

I currently have two lovely mini yorkie girls, who are my pride and joy. One is 8 and the other is 6 years old. I absolutely love animals and believe that they can bring so much happiness into people’s lives and are wonderful companions.

I worked for 12 years, as a school teacher, teaching children from primary to “A” level but have decided to take a career change and go back to my roots of taking care of animals.

I have been running Gold Star Companion Pet Services for a little while and have proficient experience of taking care of Pets.

Fully Insured; Public Liability, Custody and control

Fully licensed, Vetted and approved by City of London Vets Animal Health and welfare services and the local authority.

A member of the Nationwide Association of Registered Pet Sitters.
