About Me/ Company
My name is Heather, I am the owner of Fetch Pet Services. With owning dogs and cats myself I know how hard it can be to find someone to look after your beloved pet. This is where I can help, I offer a fully flexible and personal services that leave customers with confidence that I love their pets as much as they do.
Previous Experience
I have experience in owning a terrier from a puppy, 3 cats, a snake and I recently lost my female Rottweiler.
I have worked in a cattery, and have done work experience with the Police and the Army.
I have been working at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home for 3 years now and continue to do so.
Qualifications & Training
I have a National Diploma in Animal Management and an Honours Degree in Applied Animal Behaviour and Training.
I have undertaken many basic behaviour courses through my work and have achieved a Bronze Good Citizen Award with my terrier.

'After trawling through the internet for someone suitable to look after my dog I came across Fetch Pet Services. What can I say...Heather is amazing! Not only is she the consummate professional with all the necessary checks, covers and forms in place to put your mind at ease, she has such a great way with my dog Yoshi who now treats her as one of the family! Being the first dog professional I had used for walking I was a little concerned to hand over the house keys to someone I didn't know, however Heather soon demonstrated that her client handling is as good as her dog handling and there were no issues at all. Not only does Yoshi look forward to his walks with Heather he also enjoys staying with her whenever I'm away; something that gives me peace of mind knowing Yoshi is with someone he trusts as opposed to being in kennels. As my services are fully flexible I am able to tailor make my service to individual needs for owners and dogs.
I offer a meet and greet service so all new clients and new dogs/ cats can meet me before I take on their animal. This is so everyone has peace of mind and confidence in the services I offer.
