About Me/ Company

30 Plus years of living with dogs, cats and various small pets. I recently moved from the states and am for the first time in 30 years living without my pets.
I offered them long walks, free run and obedience training as well as structured play and socialization time. We had fun together and they enjoyed life- stick toss, ball chase, just a walk in the woods, the fields playing. I loved to be of service to my pets by allowing them to be fully dogs - interested , engaged and being able to participate in their breed instincts in a safe way AND to socialize them to the rules of living with humans.
If you would like me to walk or sit your pets I am a Professional Administrator/avid dog lover and outdoor enthusiast who has relocated to the UK and am looking forward to giving your pet what they need.
I love animals and all types of weather suits me.. I'm an avid outdoor person and have gear to match weather...

Previous Experience

My experiences with pets include large breed dogs, as well as small breeds. I am very familiar with Collies, Bernaise Mountain Dogs, Saint Bernards, Hunting breeds and dogs who are bred to work. I have talked dogs, learned about dogs and been invested in living with dogs my entire life.
I have assisted friends and others in socializing their pets, and in training to some degree, as well as having raised or adopted over 15 dogs in my lifetime. I often had multiple dogs in my home so I am comfortable handling and attending to more than one dog at a a time in an outdoor environment.
My pets have been a part of my family, but have not run my household, but been expected to behave and given the guidance to do so. My four legged friends were very well socialized, trained and happy!
I can offer training to your dog, as well as exercise and socialization, or simply have a walk! or care for them overnight -long stay.
Give me a call . I've seldom met a dog I didn't like, or a cat for that matter! As I've had rescue dogs, I understand the need for care and careful handling with those who have had harder lives as well as the happy go lucky dog.

The training I've done includes in home and in the community, trained them all to basic commands in home, outdoor and other common settings ( others homes, vacations apartments, etc), and some to more advanced commands.

In my lifetime I have focused on pets as a primary part of my family, including vacations which included them. My four legged friends were very well socialized, trained and happy!

Seasoned dog lover/owner who has worked with young healthy dogs, elderly dogs, and participated in meeting care needs throughout the life cycle.
I have learned from seasoned dog trainers aspects of dog management, not just in classes with my own dogs, ways of improving dog and human behavior. As far as walking, others dogs, I have some experience, but I would be transferring years of learned skills with my own dogs to working with yours!
You wont be disappointed..
My family calls me the dog whisper- which I am not, but it does speak to my ability and desire to relate to dogs. My first dog was a wild puppy with a tame mother who shared five hundred acres with me at a camp for children. I had the opportunity to learn from that mother and her puppy clan. Dog B and her clan taught me more about dogs as I observed her behavior in choosing to allow me into the pack than I could have learned from a domesticated dog. Our bond was unique, one I deeply respected.

Relevant Info

I am willing to customize your dogs care. I will walk your dog separately or with other dogs who I/you know they'll will get along with.

The individual price is 13.50 pounds per hour. I'm open to looking at individual circumstances.

Group rate, if you have two or more dogs or there are dogs in your neighborhood who would like to romp together, the cost is 9.50 pounds per hour for 2-3 dogs. Maximum 3 dogs.

Pet Sitting:

At yours- 30 pounds per day, North London, includes two walks per day, meals, minimum three hours spent per day with your dog, up to five hours, not including sleeping time. Longer term stay are negotiable.

Pet Training: 17 pounds per hour, London
