About Me/ Company

I live in Merton, Mitcham and have my own transport. I have been walking dogs for 5 years and love them all. I am especially used to large dogs that can sometimes be difficult around other animals and food or treats.
My own 3 dogs, are a neopolitan mastiff, a collie x, and a Siberian husky, I also have 5 ferrets and 4 snakes.

Previous Experience

I have worked (voluntary) on a city farm for five years as a livestock assistant and horse groom/stable yard hand, and have done P/t dog walking, and helped (voluntary) at a dog rescue kennels.

I am very used to working with dogs who have problems with other dogs, and so am prepared to take one dog at a time, if necessary, but either way will not take large groups of dogs, as I feel each dog needs lots of attention. Through studying the Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care and work placements at vets, I am also able to look out for health problems.

Qualifications & Training

I have been working towards the Barony College level 2 Diploma in Animal Care, and the DCA Diploma in Animal care, and am predicted to pass with Distinction in both. I have also studied at NESCOT college NVQ Level 2 in Animal Care which finished in 2012.

Relevant Info

I want to make my full-time career in animal care, and know how to look out for potential health problems. I have worked with large and difficult dogs.
