About Me/ Company

Do you want to go off on holiday, a weekend break, day out or back to work, but need someone who is professional, reliable and passionate about animals to look after your pets?


Creature Comforts will ensure your pet is loved and cared for whilst you enjoy your break or busy day. I offer dog walking, dog and cat sitting and small animal care in Haverhill, Suffolk and surrounding areas such as Sturmer, Kedington, Hundon, Wixoe, Clare, Steeple Bumpstead, Radwinter, Saffron Walden, Linton, Castle Camps etc.

Previous Experience

My name is Sarah Pumfrey and I am a qualified veterinary nurse and have been a pet owner for 15 years with my own menagerie which has included over the years dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, chickens, fish and a parrot.

I have a passion for animals and I know how important it is to leave your animals with someone who you can trust to provide your pets with the right care and attention that they need in their home environment. I myself have had to rely on friends and family to look after my pets when I go away and it is not always convenient for them. My dogs are now elderly and they prefer to be in their own home. I felt that other people must wish for their animals to be cared for in the comfort of their own home, this is why I decided to start Creature Comforts.

I provide a professional and reliable dog walking and pet sitting service to give my customers and their owners the best care at affordable prices.

Qualifications & Training

I am CRB checked, fully insured, a Registered Veterinary Nurse, have a certificate in Animal First Aid and am currently completing a Diploma in Animal Care. I am also a member of the National Association of Registered Petsitters.
